Arch. David Adegbite
Chairman
Architect Adegbite has acquired over three (3) decades of professional experience in the private practice of Architecture. He has over the years, been involved in remarkable projects and has tremendous experience in various businesses.
He has vast knowledge of the Capital and Money market. He readily lends his experience and professional services in support of Capitalfield Investment Group Ltd.
He is the Principal Architect of Davidson Konsult, the MD/CEO of De-Davidson Investment Limited and a Director of Misty-Kay Ventures. He is also on the Board of several other companies.
Sir. Benjamin Orubon Wilcox
Director
Sir Wilcox obtained his BSc Business Administration (Cum Laude) degree and MBA Finance at the University of Minnesota, USA where he won the Exxon outstanding student award in Finance. He is a seasoned technocrat, accomplished entrepreneur and financial consultant with a wealth of experience spanning over four (4) decades.
His professional career started with a brief stint as Research/Teaching Assistant with the University of Minnesota after which he joined Burroughs Corporation, Ford Motor Company, NNPC and OPEC. Sir Wilcox is an experienced Management Consultant with diverse business interests and serves as non- executive director on the board of several companies in Nigeria. He is a knight of the order of Saint Christopher and a Justice of Peace (JP) of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Mrs. Adenike Ayoola
Director
Mrs. Adenike Ayoola is an Associate of Chartered Institute of Insurance (AACII) and a graduate of Social Sciences from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. She has acquired over three (3) decades cognate experience in various fields and has put the experience to bear on the board of the Capitalfield Investment Group Ltd.
Mrs. Ayoola is currently the Managing Director of Hennik Nigeria Ltd. She was also on the board of Cornerstone Insurance Plc for several years. She is married with children.
Mr. Sie Iyeneomi
Director
Sie Iyeneomi holds a B-Tech degree in Chemical/Petrochemical Engineering from the Rivers State University of Science & Technology, Port Harcourt and MBA Management from the University of Bradford, UK (in view) Certification in International Oil Supply & Trading; Refining & Transportation; Tanker Ownership, Chartering and Operations, all from the Oxford Princeton Program. Oxford, UK. He is also a certified Oracle Database Administrator. An expert in Financial and Market Risk Management, his experience as a banker span over 12 years in multi-varied areas of Investment and finance where he established himself in Risk Management, Corporate and Project Financing.
Until his recent position as CEO of AB Petroleum, he worked as Special Adviser on Investments & Financing to The Honorable Commissioner of Finance Bayelsa State, and as a Consultant to WEIBORO MARINE SERVICES (A vessel chartering, management and operating company with vast interest in International oil Supply & Trading). He was also at some time, an executive assistant to the Executive Director South Bank of Oceanic Bank Int’l Plc, in charge of Business Development and Project Financing.
He has attended various programs and worked with consultants in areas like Finance, Investment, and Business Development both locally and internationally, including Finance for Senior Executive at HBS, Project Finance at the London Business School, Mckensy Consulting USA, Infosys India, IBFCAgusto& Co Lagos, VIP Consulting Lagos etc. Sie is a member of RIMAN (Risk Management Association of Nigeria), student member ACCA, UK, Associate Member, Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), Society of Petroleum Engineers.
Born on the 4th of December 1974, Mr. Sie Iyeneomi has personal interest and hobbies in Music, Traveling, Reading and Writing and investment. He is happily married with a child.
Dr. Mohammed Santuraki
Director
Dr. Mohammed Santuraki (HCIB FNIM FICA FIMC MIOD MSCGN) is an experienced corporate and public sector leader with a diversified portfolio of experience in Nigeria’s financial services sector ranging from Agricultural development, Investment/Commercial Banking to Mortgage Banking. He cut his teeth into the banking industry as a credit and marketing manager at Meridien Equity Bank now a part of Access Bank.
He has held senior executive positions at First Bank of Nigeria, Guaranty Trust Bank, and The British Council in Nigeria; previously the Managing Director/CEO of FBN Mortgages Limited, and the past Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Bank of Agriculture Limited; he is the founder of Majigi Agro Limited and Impetro Consulting; a co-founder and chairman of FIC Exchange and a Non-Executive Director of CHAMS PLC.
Dr. Mohammed is a graduate of the University of Ibadan and Ahmadu Bello University and has received Executive business and leadership training from Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, MIT Sloan Executive Education, Saïd Business School (University of Oxford), Harvard Business School, Harvard Kennedy School of Government, Kellogg Executive Programs (Northwestern University), IMD Lausanne, Switzerland, Stanford Graduate School of Business and Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania, United States.
He was also the Pro-chancellor & Chairman of Governing Council of Ibrahim Babangida University, Lapai, Niger State University.
Mr. Raphael Lewu
Group Managing Director
A Solicitor and Advocate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, he holds an LLM degree from the University of Lagos, Nigeria with specialization in Secured Credit transactions and Comparative Company Law. He has had over three (3) decades of work experience in various financial institutions.
He cut his teeth in Banking at Nigerian American Merchant Bank Limited and thereafter worked at various times with Victory Merchant Bank Ltd., Industrial & General Insurance Co. Ltd, Standard Trust Bank Ltd and Asset Plus Finance Ltd where he resigned as an Executive Director. Over the years, he has acquired vast skills and experience in legal and corporate services, equipment leasing, corporate banking and credit administration. He has attended various courses and seminars in various areas of banking, credit, Equipment leasing and Energy amongst others.
He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA); the Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN) an Associate Member of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria, Fellow-Institute of Credit Administration (ICA) and the Institute of Directors (IOD). He holds an MBA degree from Business School Netherlands (BSN) and is adequately equipped for transformational leadership with various certifications CLS, BSSE, and LCOR, etc., and also an alumnus of Harvard Business School and Lagos Business School.
He is an entrepreneur with a passion for building strategic business enterprises with a great drive for excellence at all levels.
Mrs. Titi Adeniyi
Executive Director
A 1992 graduate of the University of Ilorin with BSc. (Hons) Botany, Mrs. Adeniyi went further to obtain an MBA in Marketing from Lagos State University in 2001. She began her career in 1995 with Profound Security Ltd, a subsidiary NSITF (acclaimed biggest institutional investor in Nigeria). In 2001, she joined Asset Plus Financing as the head of Treasury.
In 2006, she took the mantle as head of Treasury & Investment of CFS Financial Services, formerly known as CITICORP, before joining the Capitalfield Group in August 2015. Titi has over two (2) decades of experience in Treasury Marketing & Operations, Capital Market, Loans & Advances and Leasing. She has attended various courses spanning the areas above and has great zeal for marketing.
