The company was incorporated in 30th July 2009 with the Nigerian Corporate Affairs Commission, and registered and licensed by relevant government agencies such as: Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR), Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Nigerian Petroleum Exchange (NipeX) amongst others.
Our core areas of interest are; Engineering, Procurement, Civil/Structural Works, Maintenance and Supply chain Infrastructure, Marine logistics, Haulage operations, Rehabilitation and Contract Management services in the oil and gas sectors of the Nigerian economy.
Our in-depth knowledge of the Nigerian oil and gas sector and the business landscape of Nigeria`s six geopolitical zones, strategic and well structured distribution channels is our cutting edge.
