Job Description
The ideal candidate would oversee & manage tender and bidding processes, follow-up with necessary agencies and departments to close out on RFQs.


  • Preparation and review of tender documentation packages comprising of Instructions to Bidders, Contract Form, General Terms Conditions, Bid Forms, etc.
  • Maintains a list of qualified vendors, especially as related to planned tenders.
  • Corresponds with vendors in conjunction with the tender process as required, i.e., non-disclosure agreements confirmation of interest, etc.
  • Assemble and maintain internal tender documentation relating to the tendering process, including recording management approval relating to tendering and contracting actions, and archiving upon Tender completion.
  • Preparation of weekly & monthly report, progress curve and updating project execution.
  • Prepare tenders status reports and expected timelines on a regular basis and when requested.
  • Follow through successful acquisitions to completion.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

  • Degree in Engineering or any relevant discipline.
  • Minimum hands-on experience of 3 years.
  • In-depth knowledge of EPC tender operations to Oil & gas companies is key (RFIТs, RFQТs and RFPТs).
  • Understanding of commercial and proposal packaging is key.
  • Capable of preparing pre-qualifications, Tendering (Technical & commercial).
  • Experienced in Submissions, Contract’s Negotiation, Costing.
